星酌是一个品酒笔记工具。你的笔记是你的。这份政策说清楚数据在哪、谁能看。
你的酒款、笔记、照片、图谱，全部存在你自己的设备上，并同步到你个人的 iCloud 私有数据库（用于多设备同步与备份）。开发者无法访问、也从不接收这些内容。没有账号系统，没有我们的服务器。
当你在 App 内提交意见反馈时，我们会收到：留言内容、你选填的称呼或联系方式、App 版本与系统版本，以及一个匿名的 iCloud 用户标识（用于区分不同提交者，无法反查你的身份）。这些只用于改进产品，不共享、不出售、不用于广告。
拍摄酒标的照片仅在你的设备上做文字识别（Apple Vision 与端上模型），照片与识别结果都不会上传给开发者。
没有广告，没有追踪，没有数据画像，没有第三方 SDK。
删除 App 即删除本机数据；在系统设置 → Apple 账户 → iCloud 中可清除云端副本。想删除已提交的反馈，在 App 内再发一条反馈说明即可，我们会处理。

Constella is a wine-tasting notebook. Your notes are yours. This page says plainly where your data lives and who can see it.
Your wines, notes, photos and graph are stored on your device and synced to your personal iCloud private database for backup and multi-device sync. The developer cannot access or receive any of it. There are no accounts and no developer servers.
When you submit feedback in the app, we receive: your message, the optional name or contact you typed, the app and OS version, and an anonymous iCloud user identifier (to tell submitters apart; it cannot reveal who you are). Used only to improve the app. Never shared, sold, or used for advertising.
Label photos are recognized entirely on your device (Apple Vision and on-device models). Neither the photos nor the results are uploaded to the developer.
No ads. No tracking. No profiling. No third-party SDKs.
Deleting the app deletes local data; clear the cloud copy in Settings → Apple Account → iCloud. To delete feedback you sent, send another feedback note asking us to — we will.
